COVID-19 has claimed 14 more lives, bringing the state death toll to 689, as of Saturday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 555 new confirmed and presumptive cases, bringing the state case total to 44,921. The new cases include:
*138 in Multnomah County
*86 in Washington County
*65 in Lane County
*54 in Marion County
*46 in Clackamas County
*31 in Deschutes County
*19 in Linn County
*15 in Umatilla County
*14 in Polk County
*13 in Yamhill County
*12 in Jackson County
*10 in Malheur County
*6 each in Union and Wasco counties
*5 in Gilliam County
*4 each in Coos, Josephine and Wallowa counties
*3 each in Douglas, Clatsop Klamath, and Morrow counties
*2 each in Curry, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson and Tillamook counties
*1 each Baker County
The new deaths ranged in age from 57 to 96. 6 lived in Multnomah County, 2 lived in Marion County. 1 each lived in Linn, Curry, Lane, Columbia, Marion and Crook counties.
