A Roseburg man was cited in a trespass incident on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said the victim had video footage showing a man trespassing in his backyard in the 200 block of Kerby. The 57-year old allegedly stole an item off the porch of the home. The man had a warrant out for his arrest as well.

Charged included second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and the warrant. He was cited and released.
