COVID-19 CLAIMS 9 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 664

COVID-19 has claimed 9 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 664, as of Tuesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 391 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 42,808. The new cases include:

*72 each in Multnomah and Marion counties

*50 in Washington County

*35 in Clackamas County

*31 in Lane County

*25 in Jackson County

*22 in Umatilla County

*11 in Harney County

*10 in Malheur County

*9 in Douglas County

*6 each in Linn and Yamhill counties

*5 each in Baker, Coos, Deschutes and Klamath counties

*3 each in Benton, Columbia and Polk counties

*2 each in Crook, Josephine and Wallowa counties

*1 each in Clatsop, Curry, Jefferson, Lake, Union, Wasco, and Wheeler counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 52 to 82. 3 lived in Multnomah County. 2 lived in Douglas County. 1 each lived in Washington, Wasco, Morrow and Umatilla counties.
