It was cold enough in Roseburg to tie the record low for the date early Monday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford, said the temperature reached 28 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. That tied the coldest low recorded on October 26th, which happened in 1954.

Low temperatures are expected to slowly moderate as the week goes on.
