A Glide teen previously reported as missing, has been located safe and unharmed.

Sergeant Brad O’Dell of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said 15-year Athena Calvin had been last seen on Wednesday, October 14th when she left a residence on Alexander Lane, shortly after 3:00 p.m.

A DCSO release had said the teen could possibly be attempting to make her way to Texas.

O’Dell told News Radio 1240 KQEN Calvin was found in the local area.
