A Roseburg man was cited for harassment following an alleged incident at the Douglas County Courthouse on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said the 37-year old allegedly followed a victim down the stairs in an aggressive manner and got into his face. The report said the victim attempted to take the suspect to the ground but was overpowered.  The suspect allegedly punched the victim multiple times.

The report said the suspect was contacted shortly before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and cited before being released.
