In response to a pending lawsuit against Pacific Power in regards to the Archie Creek Fire, company spokesperson Drew Hanson said its their policy not to comment on pending litigation.

Hanson did say, “I do want to reinforce that we are part of the communities we serve and are devastated by the impact this event has had on our friends, neighbors and our employees”. Hanson continued, “We will continue to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the local community to assist in ensuring shelter, food, and critical supplies are available to those in need. We are committed to understanding the totality of the Labor Day storm through a comprehensive and thoughtful investigation, which is ongoing”.
