A Roseburg man was cited for an incident involving a replica AR-15 pellet rifle on Saturday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 10:40 a.m. dispatch received reports that a man was playing with the rifle near the old Greyhound station in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens.

The report said the 43-year old suspect had previously been warned on five occasions about causing alarm with a very realistic looking firearm.

The man was released after the citation was issued. The firearm was booked in at RPD.
