Standing water during a rainstorm led to a two-vehicle wreck on Interstate Five Saturday morning.
A report from Oregon State Police said just before 11:00 a.m. a southbound sedan driven by a 54-year old man encountered the water which covered his windshield, causing the driver to leave his lane, hitting the tire of a pickup operated by a 24-year old woman. The first vehicle then hit the median, crossed lanes and struck the guardrail.
One vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
