Three Cited for Heroin Possession in Business Parking Lot Noon Oct 9 KB

Three people were cited for unlawful possession of heroin in a business parking lot of Thursday afternoon.

Information from Roseburg Police said just after 5:30 p.m. officers observed the suspects, ranging in age from 31 to 42, allegedly using the drug while parked at Wendy’s on Garden Valley Boulevard.

The report said all three were also wanted for outstanding arrest warrants. All three were released after the citations were issued.
