A Roseburg male transient was cited after a trespass incident by Roseburg Police on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at about 9:45 p.m. officers responded to a motel in the 900 block of Northeast Stephens. A manager reported the 37-year old refused to leave and was threatening staff. Ultimately the manager pepper sprayed the suspect who then left. The manager said the transient had been trespassed three times prior to this incident.

The suspect was located and given a citation.
