A Roseburg woman was cited for second degree disorderly conduct on Wednesday night.

A Roseburg Police report said at around 10:00 p.m. the 28-year old was allegedly screaming in the street in the 100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard. She was said to be throwing small rocks at vehicles and people as well. The suspect reportedly displayed signs of drug impairment.

She was released after being seated.
