Roseburg Police cited a woman after an unusual incident near the train tracks on Tuesday night.
An RPD report said at about 10:15 p.m. the 45- year old was standing near the train tracks close to Highland Street while a train was going by. The report said her actions and how close she was standing next to the tracks, led the conductor to believe that she was going to jump in front of the train.
The report said the train stopped for an unrelated reason and when an officer arrived on the scene, the woman was spotted standing on one of the train cars.
She was charged with first degree criminal trespass and for second degree disorderly conduct, and then was released.
