A Roseburg woman was cited for a past theft incident on Tuesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 11:30 a.m. the 28-year old was contacted after she had allegedly taken a security camera from a business in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens, and threw it into the garbage.

The woman was released after the citation was issued.
