In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Young artists of all ages are invited to participate in “Young Artists in Plein Air” this Saturday, with Umpqua Valley Arts.

The annual event will allow young people to create art in a variety of media and do so outdoors between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Those participating will be able to enter the work they create in an exhibition in UVA’s Student Gallery with an opportunity to win cash prizes.

A materials fee of $10 is being charged for the event.
