A Roseburg woman was cited for harassment following an incident in a store parking lot on Monday afternoon.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 5:30 p.m. offers were called to a disturbance in the 2400 block of West Harvard. The report said the suspect was upset because a family member would not let her get in their vehicle and go home with them. During the incident the woman allegedly spit on the motorist and another person as well.

She was released after being cited.
