Contractors for the City of Roseburg will be performing night work on Northeast Winchester Street starting on Sunday night.

Through Tuesday, contractors will be paving and raising manholes and valves along the street from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time frame, one lane will remain open for traffic. On Monday evening, the northbound lane of the street will be closed. Tuesday night the southbound lane will be closed.

A release from the City said traffic impacts are expected to be minimal. Due to the nature and timing of the work, nearby residents may experience higher noise levels.
