A Roseburg man was jailed for second degree disorderly conduct on Wednesday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 3:00 p.m. officers contacted the 29-year old man in the parking lot of Fred Meyer, following reports that two men were arguing. Once on the scene, the man allegedly yelled at officers and wanted to fight. When officers tried to get the suspect to calm down, he kept yelling and screaming, causing alarm to people at the Duck Pond.
He was released later in the day.
