2 PEOPLE WITH NEW POSITIVE TEST RESULTS, 2 PRESUMPTIVE CASES OF COVID-19 MOVE TO POSITIVE IN COUNTY

2 more people have received new positive test results, and 2 presumptive cases of COVID-19 have been moved to positive in Douglas County, as of Thursday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now 223. Of those, 199 are people that have received positive test results and 24 are presumptive. There have been 4 deaths. 5 people are currently hospitalized in the county for COVID-19 and 34 are in isolation. 12,538 people have tested negative for COVID-19 in the county.

The next drive through testing clinic with the Douglas Public Health Network will be Friday in Roseburg.

County Public Health Director Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer will talk about the current COVID-19 situation in the county on Inside Douglas County Friday, on News Radio 1240 KQEN.
