An incident on West Harvard in Roseburg led to a Roseburg woman being cited on Wednesday afternoon.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 5:00 p.m. an investigation revealed the 36-year old was chasing her estranged boyfriend near the intersection with Bellows and was throwing his belongings into traffic.

She was cited for second degree disorderly conduct.
