Roseburg man was jailed Tuesday afternoon, following a recent alleged harassment incident.

A report from Roseburg Police said on Sunday, the 40-year old was reported to be involved in a disturbance where the victim claimed she was strangled, punched and had her hair pulled. Monday afternoon the man was charged with harassment after being contacted by police at around 4:40 p.m.
