A Roseburg man was cited after an incident at a business on Friday night.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:15 p.m. a 40-year old man was allegedly annoyed with another man for being loud outside the Days Inn Motel on Garden Valley Boulevard.

The suspect reportedly left his room to go sleep somewhere else and attempted to run over the other man with his SUV. The report said the victim was pinned against a trash can in the parking lot, but eventually got away without being injured.

The suspect was cited and released for reckless endangering and harassment.
