A Roseburg man was jailed after an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Sunday afternoon.
Information from Roseburg Police said just after 1:00 p.m. employees at Super 8 Motel requested that the 36-year old be trespassed due to harassing employees and trying to pick a fight with a maintenance man. The report said the suspect tried to pick a fight with an officer as well. When the officer attempted to detain him in handcuffs, the man tensed up and tried to pull his arms away. He was forced to the ground and taken into custody.
Charges included second degree disorderly conduct and menacing. Bail was set at $8,750.
