The Archie Creek Fire burning east of Glide is 25 percent contained, as of late Thursday night

The fire has burned 130,429 acres. Northwest Incident Management Team 9 is transitioning command of the fire to the Southern Area Red Team Friday morning. A more detailed update on the fire will be released later in the morning.
