The Roseburg City Council will have a special meeting Monday night.

Staff from the League of Oregon Cities will offer training on the roles and responsibilities of an elected official.

The meeting will be held virtually by Zoom. It can be viewed at www.cityofroseburg.org, on the city’s Facebook page or on Charter Cable channel 191. That meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m
