A Level 2 “BE SET” evacuation notice for an area east of Sutherlin was issued on Wednesday morning.

Information from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said the notice is for all residents living on the south side of Nonpareil Road from Plat K Road east to Banks Creek. This includes Frasier Canyon and all other side streets east to Banks Creek.
