One man was hurt in two vehicle wreck Friday on Highway 138E, about 12 miles east of Glide.
A report from Oregon State Police said just after 2:00 p.m. an eastbound vehicle, driven by a 72-year old Coquille man, drifted out of its lane, striking a westbound vehicle. The first vehicle spun out and struck a tree, and its driver was ejected. The man was flown by REACH to Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield with serious injuries.
The report said the driver and passenger in the second vehicle, residents of Georgia, were not hurt.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
