A Central Point man was cited for second degree theft by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

A report from RPD said employees at Super 8 Motel on Aviation Drive reported the theft of bedding and a luggage cart from the business by a former guest. The 38-year old suspect was contacted later at Days Inn, where he was charged with theft, and the stolen property was recovered.

He was released after the citation was issued.
