A transient was cited for using a machete on landscaping, on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:30 a.m. the 35-year old woman was found at Riverside Park, where she had allegedly “landscaped” a ten-foot section of shrubbery that was bordering the sidewalk.

She was released after being cited for second degree criminal mischief.
