A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass by the Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

A report from RPD said at about 12:10 a.m. the 38-year old was contacted at the top level of the downtown parking structure, which is clearly posted as a “no trespassing” area.

He was released after the citation was issued.
