Two female juveniles were cited for second degree assault by the Roseburg Police on Monday night.

An RPD report said that about 8:30 p.m. the two, both age 16, got into an argument that turned physical, at the River Rock juvenile facility on Southeast Jackson downtown. The report said one female assaulted the other using a mechanical pencil. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Both were placed in Juvenile Detention.
