Northeast Winchester Street in Roseburg is closed at Northeast Stephens Street through Friday September 4th.

A release from the City of Roseburg said southbound traffic is be rerouted to Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard while northbound traffic on Winchester is being diverted to Northeast Shambrook Avenue, then to Northeast Stephens. Drivers that use Winchester are advised to use other routes, if possible.

During the closure, contractors are continuing to make ADA improvements to various side streets along Winchester. For updates on the project, go to www.cityofroseburg.org.
