No one was hurt when a pickup slammed into a mobile home on Wednesday afternoon.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 4:45 p.m. a man was unloading groceries from his vehicle on Teakwood Lane in Idleyld Park. While he was inside the house, his daughter went outside to help and started yelling because the pickup had begun to roll backward.

The report said the vehicle rolled all the way down the hill before slamming into the residence. A woman was inside the home but refused medical attention. Both parties worked out the damage issue and no citations were issued.
