3 MORE PEOPLE HAVE POSITIVE TEST RESULTS FOR COVID-19 IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, AS OF TUESDAY

3 more people have received positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County, as of Tuesday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 165. Of those, 148 are people that have had positive test results, and 17 are presumptive. There has been 1 death. 2 people are currently hospitalized. 1 is a Douglas County patient being hospitalized outside of the area, and the other is an out of state resident that is hospitalized locally. That person is not being counted in the county case numbers. 25 people are currently in isolation. 9,304 people have tested negative for COVID-19 in the county.

The local COVID-19 Hotline remains open for those with questions about the virus. It is staffed by local volunteers from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week. Call 464-6550.
