COVID-19 has claimed 2 more lives, raising the state death toll to 385 as of Friday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 323 new confirmed and presumptive cases, bringing the state total to 22,613. The new cases include:
*52 in Multnomah County
*49 in Marion County
*37 in Umatilla County
*25 in Washington County
*23 in Jackson County
*21 each in Clackamas and Yamhill counties
*18 in Malheur County
*13 in Polk County
*10 in Morrow County
*9 in Linn County
*8 in Hood River County
*7 in Baker County
*6 each in Josephine and Deschutes counties
*4 in each in Lane and Jefferson counties
*3 in Lincoln County
*2 each in Benton, Coos, and Wasco counties
*1 in Clatsop County
The new deaths were a 73-year old woman in Lane County and an 85-year old man in Umatilla County. Both had underlying conditions, according to the OHA.
An outbreak of 22 cases of COVID-19 has been reported at Columbia Basin Onion in Umatilla County. The case count includes all persons linked to the outbreak, which may include household members and other close contacts to an employee.
