Oregon 38, also known as the Umpqua Highway is limited to a single lane of travel between Scottsburg and Wells Creek due to a roadside fire at milepost 17.

Information from the Oregon Department of Transportation said the highway was closed for about four hours Tuesday afternoon. Motorists should drive with caution and expect delays. Traffic control is being provided by flaggers and pilot cars.
