COVID-19 CLAIMS 1 MORE LIFE, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 326 AS OF SUNDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 1 more life, raising the state’s death toll to 326 as of Sunday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 285 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 bringing the state total to 19,097. The new cases include:

*53 in Marion County

*48 in Multnomah County

*47 in Washington County

*26 in Clackamas County

*20 in Umatilla County

*15 in Jackson County

*10 in Malheur County

*9 in Yamhill County

*8 each in Deschutes and Morrow counties

*7 each in Lane and Jefferson counties

*4 each in Douglas, Hood River, Linn and Tillamook counties

*3 in Wasco County

*2 each in Clatsop, Josephine, and Polk counties

*1 each in Benton and Sherman counties

Oregon’s 326th COVID-19 death is a 68-year old man in Malheur County who tested positive on June 29th and died on July 30th at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. He had underlying conditions, according to the OHA.
