ROSEBURG WOMAN WITH DEMENTIA MISSING

Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office are trying to locate an 82-year old woman with dementia.

Sergeant Brad O’Dell said Elizabeth “Kay” Carroll was last seen at 11:00 a.m. Thursday when she left her home in the Green district. The woman was driving a 2006 gold colored Toyota Sienna, which has a yellow scrape on the passenger side. The vehicle has Oregon license plate WTC271. O’Dell said the woman’s family is concerned about her welfare. Her destination is not known.

Carroll is described as 4 foot 10 inches tall, 110 pounds with white hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue and white striped shirt, gray sweatpants and gray shoes. O’Dell said she is known to frequent casinos, Dairy Queen, and China Buffett. She previously lived in Coos County and has ties to the Klamath Falls area.
