MAN CITED FOR TWO INCIDENTS ON WEDNESDAY

Roseburg Police cited a man twice, for separate incidents on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 11:00 a.m. the man was allegedly seen naked in his backyard on Northeast Kirby. The report said he was reportedly throwing rocks trying to get the attention of a female neighbor. He was cited for public indecency and for third degree criminal mischief.

Just before 11:00 p.m. officers responded to multiple reports regarding the man shining lights in neighbor’s windows. He was cited for second degree disorderly conduct.

The 56-year old was released after each citation was issued.
