A Roseburg man was cited for menacing and for second degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police on Monday.

Information from RPD said at around 7:00 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 1200 block of Walnut. A citizen told a 59-year old man to leave the property and he refused. The report said the suspect allegedly threatened to burn the other person with his lighter torch. The citizen pepper sprayed the suspect after he was threatened.

The man was located a short distance away. He was released after the citation was issued.
