A Myrtle Creek man was jailed for a drug charge on Thursday.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 12:00 p.m. the 34-year old was contacted in the 600 block of Irving Drive in Myrtle Creek. The report said the man was prepping a hypodermic needle in a back room when a deputy arrived.
The man was charged with unlawful possession of heroin and for a parole violation and was detained without bail.
