A Roseburg man was cited after a vehicle crash on Thursday.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 6:00 a.m. a deputy responded to the 18,000 block of Dixonville Road following the report of a wreck. An unoccupied pickup had crashed into a power pole and several mail boxes. The pole was split and hanging over the road.
The report said two people showed up on foot and said the vehicle was theirs. The 35-year old man admitted that he was driving the truck at the time of the crash. He was cited for hit and run and for not having an operator’s license.
