A Roseburg man was cited twice in less than four hours on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 7:00 a.m. the 44-year old allegedly entered the Holiday Inn Express on West Harvard after having been previously trespassed from the business. The report said while inside, he helped himself to complimentary breakfast items meant for guests of the motel.
He was cited for second degree criminal trespass and for third degree theft.
Just after 10:30 a.m. the man reportedly refused to leave Denny’s, also on West Harvard. He was cited for second degree criminal trespass for this incident as well.
The man was released after each citation.
