A 16-year old male juvenile from Winston, was cited after an early morning incident on Thursday.

Information from the Roseburg Police said at 3:45 a.m. officers were sent to Oak Park Assisted Living after reports came in that an intoxicated male was yelling obscenities in the parking lot.  The report said the teen was identified and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was cited for second degree disorderly conduct and for being a minor in possession of alcohol and was released to his mother.
