A semi-truck rolled, stopping one direction of freeway traffic for a time on Wednesday afternoon.
A report from Oregon State Police said at about 4:20 p.m. the rig was headed northbound near Wilbur when there was a tire blow out. The tire completely came off the vehicle, which caused the operator to go onto the shoulder of the freeway. The tractor and trailer rolled onto its right side.
The 47-year old driver was apparently not hurt. A tow company responded to unload the trailer and recover the vehicle. The trailer was damaged with broken axles.
