Roseburg Police cited a man for second degree criminal trespass on Tuesday.

An RPD report said officers contacted the 69-year old at about 10:00 p.m. when he allegedly refused to leave Mercy Medical Center after being discharged. The report said the man has been warned of trespass several times in the past by hospital security staff, but had refused to comply.

He was released after the citation was issued.
