A Roseburg man was jailed after a store incident on Thursday night.

An RPD report said at about 9:25 p.m.an employee of Fred Meyer reported that the 30- year old man had stolen some items from the store, and had previously been trespassed. He was located near the duck pond. Officers determined that he also had a warrant out for his arrest.

He was held for the warrant and also charged with first degree criminal trespass and for third degree theft.
