A Roseburg woman was cited for second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 10:00 p.m. the 36-year old was contacted at Eagles Park on Southeast Jackson and found to be on her third warning for the City Exclusion notice. The park is within the exclusion area.

She was released after being cited.
