A Roseburg man was cited after an incident at a business on Garden Valley Boulevard on Monday night.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 6:10 p.m. a 38-year old man allegedly refused to leave the Chevron station, after being trespassed by employees. The report said the man became aggressive and approached an employee. The employee put his hand out to keep the suspect away, but it was slapped instead.

The suspect was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal trespass. He was released after the citation was issued.
