A Roseburg man was cited for third degree criminal mischief on Saturday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 10:30 a.m. an officer responded to a home in the 200 block of Kirby. The report said a 54-year old man had reportedly been warned to stop throwing items into his neighbor’s yard. This time, the neighbor claimed they had seen the suspect throwing batteries and rocks into their yard, causing a substantial inconvenience for them to clean up.

The man was released after being cited.
